My January Internship

So, Y'all.

I applied for an internship, and got just about the coolest experience a 16 year old (About to be 17, just so ya'll know) could ever get! I will be interning with various producers for Bonneville broadcasting in Seattle. I'll be working with Kiro Newstalk radio and focusing on the show Northwest Nights. I'll begin my day with the head of production, move onto promotions, and end my day preparing for Northwest nights and watching about an hour of it.

I'm super duper excited. Another cool thing, its in Seattle :) I think Google should buy Facebook and link Facebook with Blogger.

Anyways,

Love,

Tyler

Going through My drive-thru

What would make my drive-thru work life so much easier:

1) A 60 miles-per-hour sign. People are too slow!

2) No dogs. Especially ones that leap for my hand each time I interact with the drive-thru guest. Little ones, big ones, ones that I didn't know could be so big and fit in such a small car, and the one cat I saw.

3) No music, please. I am talking to you creepy 60 year old in your cool nissan listening to Euro Trance/house/remix shit.

4) I encourage the listening of Nicki Minaj middle-aged soccer moms. Please continue.

5) Don't crack jokes. The courtesy laugh is getting hard to do every time I hear you order a "McGangBanger."

Reasons

The following are reasons why My homework is sub-par after a week long break.

1)My sister busted out the old PlayStation 1. And our comprehensive collection of TOMB RAIDER: Laura Croft video games. I spent HOURS playing a fit women with a British accent, killing hundreds of men in Africa, dogs in Italy, tigers in China, and a woman in London. The graphics suck, the glitches are present, but so is the addiction. My addiction to Tomb Raider.

2)Reason number two. Sean was in town. 'Nough said.

3)Black Friday. I was instructed by an Old Navy employee that hair pulling is not allowed. Nor is running. I made frenemies with an employee, and witnessed some barista-drama-rama. But I had Kimi with me, and she is willing to "handle something."

4)The power went out on Sunday. SO I had to go and do my homework in my Mcdonald's dining area. I got a good amount of work accomplished without the distraction of reason number five:

5)Facebook.

6)Facebook stalking.

7)The reason why Mcdonald's wasn't as productive as possible... Linnea came. Linnea insisted on using my webcam. Linnea talked about her funny life.

So, I hope that Praxia understands why I did not get my homework done as comprehensively as I could have.
